Return & Exchange Policy

At VivaEstel, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you experience any issues with your order, our support team will always do our best to help.

1. Return Request Window

Customers must contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange authorization.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization will unfortunately not be accepted or processed.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was received
• The product has a significant quality issue

If your item has any of the above issues, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

• The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
• The item has been worn, washed, or altered
• The product was not purchased directly from our official website
• The return was sent without prior authorization


4. Return Shipping

As an international brand, we currently do not operate local return warehouses in every country.

Unless the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

International return shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping provider.


5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and the email used to place the order

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the request is approved

Unauthorized returns sent without approval cannot be processed.


6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


7. Delivery Responsibility

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Our support team will also do our best to help investigate the issue.
